Mike's journey in the roofing industry started shortly after high school in Sunbury, Ohio, with his fathers borrowed ladder strapped to the top of his Hond Civic hatchback. From there, Feazel Roofing was born. Today, Mike is well known throughout the industry for trying to improve the industry image. He was cofounder of Roofer's Success International (RSI), North America's largest residential roofing organization, with a main focus on training how contractors can achieve superior customer satisfaction. As a guest columnist for Roofing Contractor Magazine, Mike often writes about his concerns for the industry, and ideas for improving it.Feazel Roofing has been ranked as one of the Top 100 roofing contractors in the nation for the past 8 years.
Todd Feazel - Vice President
Todd’s passage in the roofing industry started in 1984. While attending DeVry Institute of Technology, Todd worked for a local roofing contractor, putting himself through college. After graduating from DeVry, Todd was employed within the electronics industry for 5 years. In October of 1989, while living in Indianapolis, Todd resigned his position to form a partnership with his brother Mike.
In 2000, Todd and Mike, along with a select group of contractors from around the country, were asked to participate in the first annual GAF Master Elite National Advisory Council. Today, GAF/Elk is the largest and oldest roofing manufacturer in North America.
Todd’s focus mainly revolves around improving quality control systems and better training methodology within the company. Todd also focuses on complete customer satisfaction through consistent communication and feedback.
Together, both Todd and Mike are trying to help change the perception of the roofing industry.
